Welcome to OVIS VPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OVIS Mobile VPN application and related services (the "Service") provided by Operation Veteran Investigative Services LLC ("OVIS", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Service

• You agree not to use the VPN for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: hacking, spamming, transmitting malware, or violating intellectual property laws.
• Our VPN is provided to protect your privacy and online security—not to circumvent laws or commit fraud.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who abuses or misuses the Service.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscription and Licensing

OVIS VPN may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid features will be clearly outlined before purchase. License keys issued by OVIS are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OVIS VPN is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or performance of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the VPN in a way that poses a risk to OVIS or others.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
